Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at Ashleigh Court, I discovered a delightful culinary experience that enhanced our getaway. Nestled conveniently close to an array of restaurants—including the popular Water Drop Vegetarian Cafe and the Garden Court Brasserie—this motel provided the perfect base for food exploration. One evening, we dined at a nearby Asian restaurant, known for its extensive dish selection. While I anticipated a vibrant array of flavors, I was somewhat disappointed, as many dishes lacked the freshness I sought. The ambiance, however, offered a charming setting, allowing for a relaxed meal. The cleanliness and comfort of our room, coupled with the tranquil suburban environment, made our stay enjoyable overall. Ashleigh Court serves as a practical choice for food enthusiasts looking to explore Christchurch's dining scene.
